What will you do?

• Connect with customers: You will interact with customers through chat, text messages, and phone calls, either in real-time or through scheduled appointments. You will offer expert advice on products and services, style consultations, and personalized shopping experiences.
• Present products and services: You will showcase our products online, sharing detailed information about the features and benefits of each item. You will provide information about extended service agreements and financing options, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Support sales growth: You will contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live sales, social media presence, collaboration with physical stores, and connected commerce.
• Build relationships: You will resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude. You will follow up to maintain long-lasting relationships and create a personal client portfolio.

• Have flexible availability: You are available during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as for mandatory overtime.
• Maintain a professional workspace: You have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace, provide your own high-speed internet connection, router/modem, and can set up the necessary equipment.
• Are collaborative: You are willing to participate in cross-departmental training and are comfortable appearing on camera during training and meetings.
