Overview:
As an Accounting, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and clarity of financial operations while contributing to smarter business decisions.

What You'll Do
Financial Storytelling

• Prepare and maintain essential financial reports including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other key insights
• Analyze trends, costs, and revenues to provide a clear financial picture and anticipate future outcomes

Accuracy & Reconciliation Expert

• Verify financial transactions, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment errors with precision
• Ensure customer accounts reflect accurate and timely postings

Problem Solver

• Identify issues quickly, resolve them efficiently, and communicate updates to stakeholders with clarity
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive smooth financial operations

Strategic Support

• Assist in evaluating financial commitments, resource utilization, and budget assumptions
• Contribute ideas around cost optimization and financial efficiency

Team Contributor

• Support ongoing operations and participate in special projects that enhance processes and outcomes

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting or financial operations

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25.00 - $27.72 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
