Quality Engineer

Quality EngineerHiring a Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives, improve processes, and ensure products meet customer and industry standards within a production environment.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain quality control processes and inspection proceduresInvestigate quality issues and lead root cause/corrective action effortsSupport audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiativesWork closely with engineering, production, and purchasing teams to resolve quality concernsMaintain quality documentation, metrics, and inspection recordsAssist with new product launches, supplier changes, and process improvementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial EngineeringExperience with quality systems, inspections, and manufacturing processesKnowledge of root cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, and continuous improvement methodsLean Six Sigma or ASQ certifications are a plusStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systemsMust be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship.Resumes can be confidentially sent to Shakiera Gronenthal to View email address on click.appcast.io.
