Overview Full‑time Retail Sales Associate – Immediate hire at Food 4 Less 553, Alsip, IL 60803. Work within the store to promote NRG electricity and gas services, help customers lower their energy costs, and earn a base salary plus commission with first‑sale bonus and other incentives. Responsibilities Engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas. Help customers lower their energy costs. Uncover consumer desires and overcome objections. Foster professional relationships with customers and colleagues. Welcome customers and offer solutions. Collaborate with team to reach goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation/kiosk. Accurately document and report sales. Submit all required paperwork completely and accurately. Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
