Customer Experience Associate I (Fullerton, CA)

Role Overview Avocado is currently looking for a Customer Experience Associate I to be part of our Customer Experience team in Fullerton, CA. This is a non-exempt, hourly position entitled to overtime pay. Location: On-site at our Fullerton, CA location or remote within the United States. Pay: $19.00 - $22.38 per hour, plus potential monthly bonus. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails. Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues and interactions. Route concerns to the appropriate departments. Handle order inquiries and report vendor-related issues in line with company standards. Meet department averages for performance metrics, including PRP, QA, CSAT, and time logged in queues. Perform all other assigned duties. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of customer service. Strong cross-functional communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to accept and adjust according to constructive feedback. Effective oral and written communication skills. Great communicator. Regular and predictable attendance. Physical Requirements Stationary position: Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time. Move: This role involves moving throughout the office space to meet with different team members. Operate: Constantly operates a computer and other office machines such as printers and tablets. Communicate: This role frequently communicates with other team members to update on the status of a task and with customers to help with any inconvenience on orders.
