Property Accountant

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with reconciliations, financial reporting, and data analysis.
- Research and resolve transaction discrepancies and outstanding items.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month-end reporting and other accounting projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting-related issues.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Property Accounting experience.
- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Experience with AvidXchange, ClickPay, and\/or Domicile
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
