Position Overview At Fogo de Chão, we strive to give our guests an unforgettable dining experience of discovery while showcasing the Culinary Art of Churrasco. Responsibilities Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, make eye contact, and use a friendly verbal greeting. Pull each guest’s chair and lay the napkin in their lap. Present the menu and answer any questions regarding menu items and preparation methods. Take and serve beverage and dessert orders; communicate special requests for meats to the Churrasqueiros. Place orders with Cashiers for processing and payment. Assist other Servers in their areas when appropriate. Complete any beginning or closing shift duties. Qualifications Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work at a quick pace. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
