Contract Banquet Server
We are seeking a skilled Contract Banquet Server to join our team at a prestigious event venue in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Clear tables and clean up after events.
- Assist with the breakdown and clean-up of banquet spaces.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
