What You'll Do You’ll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where every guest feels valued. You’ll: Welcome every guest with friendly, helpful service Assist guests with purchases, answer questions, and provide product recommendations Accurately process cash, credit, and other payment transactions Prepare fresh food and beverages while following food safety and quality standards Stock merchandise, rotate products, and maintain attractive store displays Maintain accurate pricing and product availability Keep the sales floor, restrooms, food service areas, coolers, fuel islands, and parking lot clean and inviting Follow company safety procedures and report safety concerns promptly Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily store operations Support additional store responsibilities as business needs require You’ll Thrive Here If You... Qualifications Must be at least 19 years of age Previous customer service, retail, or food service experience is helpful but not required, we'll provide training Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday Ability to safely use step stools or ladders when stocking merchandise Comfortable working in cooler and freezer environments as low as 0°F Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
