The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the industry, a strong technical understanding of the relevant operations, and a background in managing large-scale operations with multiple crews and projects. They should be adept at financial and business leadership, with a focus on growing revenue, improving profitability, and enhancing operational performance. Operational excellence, including a proven ability to lead safety-focused organizations and improve productivity, is essential. The role also requires strong leadership competencies, including the ability to develop diverse teams, influence stakeholders, and drive a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
