Family Medicine Physician OpportunityProgressive health system with an 'open-door' culture seeks a Family Medicine Physician in the Danville/Russellville area of Arkansas! 80 miles from Fort Smith and Little Rock.Health system has a beautiful facility with all new equipment, new ER, ranked top 20 Hospitals in the US for their size 7 years in a row! CEO is wonderful, easy to talk to and backs up all his MDs well!About the role:42 bed hospital - no ICU in hospital, does general surgeryNo call 4.5 day work weeks - primary care / family medicine / internal medicine – outpatient, some inpatient rounding if you wantOutpatient - 10 patients a day, then build up to 20 a day1 NP, 1 PA, 3 MDs team175-225k yr salary, PTO, benefits etcIdeal candidate: Likes the outdoors and small town living, wants a small town for kids, likes small town healthcare, and has some recent inpatient experience.Someone who wants to live and be apart of the community long term.Experienced physician needed, not new residents.
