HR ASSISTANT (MIL)
US Marine Corps
Duties
You will maintain current knowledge and answer questions of other employees on procedures, policies, and directives.
You will recommend procedural changes in daily processes to improve operations and increase efficiencies.
You will identify gaps or inconsistencies in the record and initiate actions to obtain needed data.
You will complete quality assurance of enlistment, commissioning, superseding, discharge, active-duty orders, service and health records, etc.
You will utilize computer hardware and software to support the operations of the office.
