Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney – Litigation
Location: Rocklin / Roseville, CA (local candidates only)
Compensation: $160,000 – $250,000 base + bonusesWhat This Firm Does
This is a labor & employment defense firm , with a litigation-heavy practice focused on wage & hour, PAGA, class actions, and employment disputes .
At the senior level, the firm is looking for someone who can lead cases, litigate confidently, and help train junior attorneys .
The RoleThis is a true senior associate role , not a title-only position. You will be expected to own matters, drive litigation strategy, and mentor junior attorneys.
What You’ll Do- Lead litigation matters from strategy through resolution
- Take depositions, hearings, and potentially trials
- Train and mentor junior associates
- Work directly with partners on case strategy
- Play a key role in firm growth and case outcomes
- JD + California Bar in good standing
- Strong civil litigation background
- Meaningful deposition, hearing, and litigation experience required
- Trial experience strongly preferred
- Ability to supervise and train junior attorneys
- Local to Rocklin / Roseville (commuting distance required)
- High compensation ceiling
- Reasonable billable expectations
- Real leadership role without big-law politics
- Long-term growth and partnership potential
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary $160,000 – $250,000 , depending on experience
- Bonus structure tied to motions, depositions, and case results , with clearly defined metrics
