Mid-Level Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level associate attorney in Roseville, CA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for consumer rights and a minimum of three years of litigation experience. This role offers the opportunity to engage in various phases of litigation, including trial preparation, and to work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment. Duties Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers. Draft and review written discovery and document productions. Prepare and argue motions related to discovery disputes and other litigation matters. Prepare clients for depositions and defend consumer client depositions. Depose witnesses, including corporate representatives and experts. Attend vehicle inspections with expert witnesses. Requirements J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school. California Bar license in good standing. Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience as a California licensed attorney. Willingness to learn and apply technology solutions in a paperless environment. Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required. Proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook. Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Willingness to travel within California for court appearances and depositions. Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Education J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school. California Bar license in good standing. Skills Proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook. Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
