This role is responsible for providing patients with skilled services and assistance with basic daily activities./ppAs a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), you will use your education to assist with activities which support skilled services including checking temperature, pulse and respiration rates, assisting with exercises, or repetitive routines as prescribed by the clinicians. The nurturer you are, will put your skills to work in support of other daily activities that may include assistance with getting in and out of bed, dressing, grooming, hygiene, feeding, assistance with ambulatory transfers, and light housekeeping./ppSchedule: Per Diem (12 visits p/week) * Non-traditional schedules are available, i.e., Thursday-Monday/ppLocations:/ppArea #9 This territory includes, but is not limited to, the cities of San Francisco -and/or- Area #10 - Covering cities of San Mateo, Brisbane, Burlingame, Daly City, Redwood City, Hillsborough, Millbrae, Colma, South San Francisco, Pacifica, Belmont, San Bruno, Half Moon Bay/ppRequired Qualifications:/pulliMinimum one (1) year experience working as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)/liliMinimum one (1) year checking vitals and reporting/documenting on clinical charts/liliHome Health Aide Training/liliCalifornia Home Health Aide Certification and CPR Certification/liliGeneral knowledge and understanding of clinical verbiage/liliStrong attention to detail for use in chart documentation/liliExcellent time management/calendaring skills and ability to deliver documentation timely/liliStrong experience using computers and computer systems/liliExperience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Gmail Suite or other systems/liliExcellent written and verbal communication/li/ulpThis is NOT a remote position/ppCompensation is based on full time schedule/p/div
