I'm currently partnering with one of the most respected and fastest-growing hospitality groups in the country to identify an exceptional Executive Chef for a flagship restaurant in Virginia Beach.

This is not a role for someone who simply manages a kitchen. My client is seeking a culinary leader who can inspire teams, drive operational excellence, and maintain the high standards that have helped make this organization an industry leader.

What You'll Do

• Lead all back-of-house operations for a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team
• Drive food quality, consistency, and execution at every service
• Manage food cost, labor cost, purchasing, and inventory controls
• Partner with restaurant leadership to achieve operational and financial goals
• Maintain exceptional standards for cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction
• Foster a positive culture focused on accountability, development, and teamwork

What We're Looking For

• Executive Chef experience in a high-volume, upscale casual or polished casual environment
• Strong financial acumen with proven success managing food and labor costs
• Passion for coaching, developing, and retaining culinary talent
• Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to excellence
• Stable career progression and a track record of success

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $105,000
• Bonus Potential: Up to 20%
