Lead by example, walk the property with maintenance, build resident relationships, address challenges and emergencies. Schedule Monday‑Friday 8am to 5pm. What You’ll Bring 3+ years’ experience as a residential property manager with Tax Credit Program knowledge. Strategic thinker with proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making. Strong financial and business expertise, high level presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Leadership qualities: integrity, self‑awareness, respect, compassion, active listening, gratitude and collaboration. Advanced computer knowledge: MS Office and Yardi. Understanding and compliance with state landlord‑tenant/Fair Housing laws. Knowledge of rental processes and marketing trends.
