Property Facilities Manager

Healthcare Account Manager at Insight Global The Facilities/Property Manager is responsible for interpreting, abstracting, managing, and administering real estate leases and related contract documents across the Sutter Health system. This includes both owned and leased properties, as well as physician and non‑physician agreements. The role ensures accurate lease data management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely execution of critical lease‑related activities. Additionally, this position mentors staff, oversees database integrity, and recommends process improvements to support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Lease Administration & Abstraction Review, interpret, and abstract real estate documents including leases, amendments, purchase agreements, and other legal contracts. Maintain standardized lease abstraction protocols and ensure accurate data entry into the lease administration system. Track and communicate critical dates (commencement, expiration, renewal, options) to stakeholders. Manage Stark compliance reporting and coordinate with Legal on risk areas. Oversee estoppel certificates, SNDA requests, and vendor setup documentation. Coordinate timely payment of rents, CAM, NNN, and other operating expenses. Generate rent statements, monitor receivables, and resolve billing discrepancies. Implement scheduled monetary increases and manage security deposit reconciliations. Ensure compliance with tenant improvement allowances and insurance requirements. Record Management & Reporting Maintain accurate lease administration system and physical files. Produce monthly property reports and portfolio summaries for leadership. Analyze floor plans and rent rolls in accordance with BOMA standards. Project Management Support special projects including market data analysis, space availability reporting, and NPV analysis. Integrate real estate databases with other systems (Lawson, Tableau, etc.).
