Concierge Home Care is hiring an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Preceptor in the Southwest FL area. This is a unique leadership opportunity for an RN who enjoys mentoring clinicians, supporting clinical excellence, and maintaining a manageable patient caseload.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $85K+ (based on experience)
• Quarterly bonuses

RN Preceptor Responsibilities

• Conduct co-visits to train and support field clinicians
• Lead clinical onboarding and orientation sessions
• Complete competency evaluations and skill validations
• Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical guidance
• Perform patient assessments, OASIS documentation, and care planning
• Deliver skilled nursing care, including:
• Chronic and acute disease management
• Medication management
• Wound care and post-surgical care
• Pain management
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives
• Travel within Sarasota County and surrounding areas as needed

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | MondayFriday
• No nights, weekends, or on-call requirements
• Base salary + bonus opportunities + optional earnings

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of home health experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of Medicare OASIS documentation (required)
• Experience with WellSky/Kinnser EMR (preferred)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory
