Job Description As a Security Officer Rover - Clearance Required in Gilbert, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.38 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe site conditions. Monitor access points and sensitive areas, verify credentials when required, and document security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues for follow-up. Support Allied Universal and site leadership by communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or first responders during routine operations and escalated events. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. Be at least 21 years of age. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
