About the Position

Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: CVOR Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 06:30 - 19:00 Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center License: Must have a valid license prior to the start date Certifications: BCLS and NBSTSAS required Must-Have: - Level 1 Trauma Center experience - Vascular and Thoracic surgery cases experience - Skills in receiving pump lines from perfusion and preparing them for cannulation Description: Are you able to receive lines from perfusion and prep them for cannulation? Candidates must have experience with various surgical cases including but not limited to: - Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair - Atherectomy - Atrial Septal defect repair - Coronary Artery Bypass Graft - Endovascular Aneurysm Repair - Mitral valve replacement - Robotic Assisted Cardiac Surgery - Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement - Valve replacement and Aortic Dissection Travel experience is preferred. Flexibility to float within the facility as needed is required. Candidates must be willing to take on call shifts, with a commitment of approximately 90-120 hours in a 6-week schedule. COVID-19 vaccine is not required, but a flu vaccine is required unless a medical or religious exemption is provided. Two supervisor references are required. Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
