Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to both new and loyal customers, guiding them seamlessly through energy services.
- Work in face to face setting with customers
- Gain understanding of a customer needs to build personalized, results-driven solutions.
- Manage accounts, process service upgrades, and ensure every interaction concludes with customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of the curve with in-depth product knowledge and the latest promotions to offer unbeatable sales solutions.
- Drive sales success while contributing to a vibrant, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer engagement, sales, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening abilities and customer relationship-building experience.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve results.
- Demonstrated leadership through community or professional involvement.
