Lead Product Designer

Owning complex marketing-focused design initiatives, the full-time Lead Product Designer will create customer-facing digital experiences from ideation to implementation while working remotely and leveraging AI tools throughout the design process. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end design for customer-facing digital experiences, ensuring exceptional user engagement and conversion Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies and translate customer insights into effective design solutions Utilize AI tools to enhance the design lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to validation and implementation Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design Hands-on experience leveraging AI in the product design workflow, including prototyping and design exploration Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design principles Experience conducting user research and incorporating feedback into design iterations Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design
