Salesforce Solution Architect

Salesforce Solution Architect Location: Houston, TX (50% Travel required) Duration: 5 Months Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze Business Needs: Understand company goals, business processes, and requirements to design effective Salesforce solutions Design and Implement Solutions: Create scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with IT professionals, project managers, and clients to develop project plans and ensure cohesive strategies Oversee Development and Testing: Ensure the Salesforce solutions are developed and tested to meet expectations. Solution Architect will be responsible for managing and executing on detailed documentation within user stories to be considered ready for build Maintain Data Integrity and Security: Ensure the integrity and security of data within the Salesforce system Research Features and Functions: Research and provide options for Salesforce features and functionalities to improve business processes Provide Technical Support and Training: Offer support and training to end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce solutions Stay Updated: Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionalities to continuously improve solutions Document System Configurations: Maintain documentation of system configurations, design, and technical specifications Resolve Complex Issues: Address and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce implementation and usage Requirements: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is often required. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, and other relevant certifications for various Salesforce clouds; experience with Copado deployments. Proficiency in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) and core elements like data modeling, automation, and security; understanding of programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components; familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft or other middleware solutions. Several years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation; experience in designing scalable, sustainable, and secure solutions; proven track record of managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business insights; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
