Customer Service Rep - In Office

Our client, an established and growing company in Exton, PA, is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will represent our client as the primary point of contact for their customer base—handling inquiries across multiple channels, processing orders accurately, and maintaining account integrity.  

• Location: Exton, PA (On-site)
• Position Type: Temp-to-Perm
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to customer emails, and manage live web chats in a timely, professional manner.
• Order Entry & Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders directly into our client's internal systems.
• Account Maintenance: Update and maintain customer record profiles, contact details, and account preferences in the CRM.
• Invoice Review: Audit invoices for accuracy prior to distribution and assist with resolving billing or pricing inquiries.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot customer requests, provide order tracking updates, and manage issues with a focus on first-contact resolution.
