$26-$29/hour + quarterly and renewal bonuses | 84-unit community

We're looking for a skilled, self-directed maintenance professional to take full ownership of Winkler Road Apartments, an 84-unit community in the Gulfgate-Pine Valley area. This is a solo role: you are the maintenance department. You'll handle the day-to-day upkeep of the property top to bottom, with the tools and support to do it right.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing (including water lines), electrical, appliances, and interior/exterior lighting
• Handle make-readies, preventive maintenance, and unit turns
• Maintain pool areas, boiler/gas systems, and grounds
• Coordinate outside vendors and contractors for larger jobs
• Keep parts, tools, and safety equipment stocked and work safely
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls

What you need

• 3+ years in apartment maintenance
• Strong plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• EPA 608 (Type II or Universal); CPO a plus
• Valid driver's license
