Transportation Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Transportation Engineer to join a growing infrastructure engineering team in Cherry Hill. This high-impact role is ideal for a senior-level design professional looking to mentor staff, lead complex transportation projects, and work alongside some of the industry's most respected experts. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the go-to design lead for transportation infrastructure projects. Oversee and guide the design of bridges, highways, and traffic systems. Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering staff, fostering professional growth and technical excellence. Collaborate directly with key clients on the delivery of impactful, high-quality projects. Partner closely with senior consultants and industry veterans to deliver innovative engineering solutions. Ensure design quality and consistency across all phases of project development. Qualifications: Strong technical background in transportation design, including highways, bridges, and traffic engineering. Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff. Experience with public agency and/or transportation infrastructure clients preferred. CMCI certification is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
