You’ll maintain and repair the machinery that turns recycled paper into corrugated boxes used in everyday products – from pizzas at Domino’s to Amazon deliveries and moving supplies from Home Depot! What We’re Looking For : Required Skills : Troubleshooting of 3-Phase power/electricity AC/DC Motors and Motor Starters Gearboxes/Gear Reducers Basic knowledge of PLCs & VFDs Hydraulics and Pneumatic Systems Bonus Skills/Experience : Experience with electrical instrumentation Ability to troubleshoot logic controllers/VFDs online Knowledge of Boiler/Steam systems Industrial Safety experience What’s the Work Environment Like? Physical Demands : Regular standing, walking, reaching, and the occasional crawling or kneeling Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance Specific vision abilities, including close and distance vision, color vision, and depth perception Mathematical Skills : Ability to read a tape measure and apply basic high school-level math Reasoning Ability : Ability to follow written, oral, or graphic instructions and apply common-sense reasoning Required Tools : Must-Haves : A set of screwdrivers, wrench sets (Metric & Standard), socket sets, hammers, and more High-quality tools from brands like Craftsman, Gearwrench, and Channellock Nice-to-Haves : What We Provide : Fluke T6-1000 Multi-Meter and power tools to help you succeed Specialty tools required to perform your tasks Ready to Join the Pratt Team?
