Diesel Technician - Mobile

Diesel TechnicianManaged Mobile is looking for an advanced level Diesel Technician with a wide breadth of experience who can diagnose and repair light/medium/heavy duty trucks and trailers. The selected candidate will work independently from fully equipped service vehicle including a smart phone, iPad, computer diagnostic equipment, air compressor, air welder/generator, A/C recovery machine, lifting and supporting devices, safety equipment and all supplies and parts necessary to complete assigned work. The selected candidate will perform scheduled services and repairs with a well-thought out approach, adhering to industry best practices and all company safety policies and procedures.Managed Mobile's mission is providing Safe, Compliant and Reliable fleets. Our vision is establish Managed Mobile as the superior brand of mobile fleet maintenance throughout California and beyond.Repair Technician Responsibilities/Duties:·Perform inspections and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair and maintenance for light, medium and heavy duty trucks, trailers and equipment including all major vehicle systems: engine, drivetrain, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, and computer diagnostics;·Operate a fully equipped and functional mobile service vehicle, delivering service to customer locations throughout the Dallas/Ft Worth area.·Respond throughout the day to different tasks as dictated by the changing demands and needs of the business;·Able and flexible to work an average of 8-10 hours per week of overtimeRepair Technician Qualifications:·Highly proficient in troubleshooting and computer diagnostics·Strong independent work ethic and responsible character·Punctual, reliable, and positive attitude·Advanced aptitude and ability to perform diagnostics and repairs·Minimum 3 years' experience as an ADVANCED level mechanic / technician·ASE Certification(s) in Medium / Heavy Duty Category preferred·Commercial driver license preferredMust be aligned with company Core Values:· Be Professional – Safe, Compliant, Reliable Behavior, Trained, Equipped, Certified Technicians, Clean, Organized and Impressive People & Equipment· Do The Right Thing – Honesty, Integrity, Trustworthy: We tell the truth, We act in truth, We do what we say· Be Driven – Hardworking, Ambitious, Growth Minded: We get the job done, We're hungry for opportunity, We elevate and improve· Compete to win..
