You'll conduct multi-point inspections, perform minor maintenance, complete software updates and select recall repairs, and clearly communicate vehicle needs in a positive, consultative manner.Responsibilities:Serve as the face of the dealership during all off-site service visitsClearly explain inspection findings, maintenance recommendations, and next stepsDeliver an exceptional customer experience focused on trust and transparencyMaintain consistent communication with service advisors and dispatchPerform mobile multi-point inspectionsProvide minor maintenance servicesPerform software updates and select recall repairs as authorizedUtilize OEM diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer proceduresDocument inspection results and services accurately in dealership systemsPhotograph and upload inspection findings as requiredManage proper transport and storage of oil, fluids, service materials, and diagnostic equipmentFollow safety and environmental compliance standardsCross-train across multiple vehicle platforms and brandsFollow OEM repair procedures and service bulletinsStay current on software updates and technical trainingQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExperience performing maintenance services independently (field/mobile experience a plus)Strong customer-facing communication skills; ability to explain technical information clearly and confidentlyAbility to operate electronic diagnostic equipment, tablets, and dealership softwareValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyWillingness to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screenPrior mobile service experienceExperience with OEM diagnostic systemsJoin a dealership group where luxury, performance, and opportunity come together.
