Overview We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join our leadership team and support a dedicated workforce of approximately 200 employees. Salary Range $113,600 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience. Why This Role is Unique Opportunity to lead Human Resources for one of Madison’s most respected senior living communities Direct partnership with community leadership to strengthen culture and employee engagement Support from the broader Pacific Retirement Services HR team and shared services resources Ability to make a meaningful difference in the lives of both employees and residents Benefits Highlights Medical Insurance with 90% employer-paid employee premiums 401(k) with 4% employer match Profit Sharing Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) with PTO+ option Free employee meals during shifts Education reimbursement Subsidized parking or public transportation Onsite fitness center and pool access What You’ll Do HR Leadership Lead all Human Resources operations and initiatives for the community Align HR practices with PRS Core Values: We Speak Up, We Step Up, We Lift Up, We Team Up Talent & Workforce Development Partner with leaders on hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning Support leadership development, coaching, and team training initiatives Employee Experience Use HR insights and metrics to identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention Support recognition programs, communication efforts, and team-building initiatives HR Operations & Compliance Manage employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits Oversee workers’ compensation, return-to-work programs, and compliance with employment laws Team Leadership & Systems Supervise HR staff and maintain HRIS, payroll, and scheduling systems that support efficient operations Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience Minimum 3 years of progressive HR leadership experience Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Preferred SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP / SPHR / PHR certification Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or service-based organizations Experience supporting organizations of similar size Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Even if your background does not match every qualification, we encourage you to apply.
