Lead all phases of project delivery: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations. Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client relationships. Proven experience overseeing large, ground-up multifamily, podium, mid-rise, or similarly complex vertical commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).What's on OfferCompetitive Salary of $120,000 - $160,000 depending on experience.
