ResponsibilitiesAs a Danis Project Manager you’ll:Lead with Vision: Establish project objectives and standards, collaborate with our Project Executive, and ensure projects align with corporate policies.Execute Excellence: Oversee project construction to deliver on design, budget, and schedule, taking full accountability for project completion and customer satisfaction.Guide & Mentor: Lead project meetings, provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions, and mentor and develop project engineers.Demonstrate Financial Mastery: Manage cost control, billings, change management, and cash flows, maximizing profitability and building valuable client relationships.Ensure Safety & Compliance: Implement safety programs, maintain meticulous project documentation, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion while mitigating schedule impacts.QualificationsAs a Project Manager you’ll bring:Educational Background: A four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management.Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing commercial and institutional projects valued at $10M+. Self-perform experience is a plus.Project Expertise: General Contracting within healthcare, life sciences, data centers, higher education, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
