You are someone who is an effective communicator, detail-oriented, a critical thinker, and a problem solver.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize content and help determine the best delivery of the content to meet both internal and user goalsAccurately represent Salesforce's current AI narrative in web content, ensuring messaging aligns with brand and legal guidelinesProvide recommendations for user experience and flow based on testing, customer feedback, AI-driven analytics/insights, and data to continually enhance the user journeyUse web templates and thoroughly QA work — leveraging AI-assisted tools where appropriate — to ensure accuracy and error-free delivery of published pagesTest pages for responsiveness/display and work with digital engineering partners to address discrepanciesEnsure content is accurate, SEO optimized, and fits the user's journey; validate all assets based on SEO team's guidelinesSupport demand generation through the creation of web formsDeliver site enhancements while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-sensitive environmentIdentify opportunities to apply AI tools (e.g., generative content drafting, automated QA checks, personalization) to improve team efficiency and page qualityKey Requirements2+ years of hands-on experience managing web and content production for an enterprise organizationBasic understanding of information architecture, user experience, interaction design, and visual design initiativesUnderstanding of web image optimization and best practices, using various tools to deliver high quality imagery with the least impact on performanceExperience working in development, staging, and production environments of WordPress, and syncing changes across environmentsWorking knowledge of (or strong interest in learning) AI-assisted productivity and content tools, and the judgment to review and validate AI-generated work before publishingPreferred RequirementsAbility to learn quickly, ask questions, manage time efficiently, and be a proactive communicator to stakeholdersAbility to work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneouslyMust be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to "turn on a dime," think through problems to come up with innovative solutions, and deliver against very tight deadlines while keeping a keen eye on detail and accuracyHands-on exposure to AI tools (e.g., Slack, Gemini, Claude Code, AI design tools) in a marketing, content, or web production contextGenuine curiosity about how AI will reshape web content production, and enthusiasm for adopting new AI-powered workflows as they emergeUnleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
