Litigation Paralegal

Job Description A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Sacramento. This position requires a highly skilled professional with substantial litigation experience, advanced proficiency in Everlaw (or similar), and the ability to manage complex discovery and trial preparation under urgent timelines.

- Sacramento, CA | Onsite
- Pay range: $40-$43/hour DOE
- Case database management including document imports/exports, productions, analytics, email threading, and document review.
- Deposition preparation through organizing exhibits and compiling deponent-specific materials.
- Everlaw workflow oversight to manage document progress throughout litigation.
- Trial preparation including exhibit organization, file management, and trial logistics coordination.
- Discovery management includes review, analysis, summarization, responses, and subpoena drafting.
- Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience required.
- Advanced Everlaw proficiency is preferred.
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred; bachelor's degree with recent attorney declaration accepted.
- Demonstrated trial discovery experience , including exhibit/witness preparation and courtroom support.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
