Litigation Paralegal

Job Title: Litigation Paralegal Job ID: 85916 Location: Sacramento, California What you will be doing:
- Order medical records
- Draft complaints
- Propound discovery & put together discovery shells
- Schedule depositions
- Calendar management
- E-file at the state level
- Civil litigation experience
- Knowledge of state and local civil procedures, court rules and deadlines
- Trial support experience a plus, not req'd
- Bilingual in any language a plus, not req'd
- Annual bonus potential
- Onsite during training; flexible to hybrid work / a couple of remote days per week after ramp up
- Work life balance as a core firm value; NO req'd OT!
- FLEX work hours! 8am-5pm core hours; flexible for those who like to start earlier or later
