What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager As an Assistant Manager at Enlightened Baby, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our store runs smoothly while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every visitor feels like part of our community. Assisting with the management of daily store operations, including inventory management and merchandising. Supervising and supporting team members to deliver excellent service and meet store goals. Handling and moving large packages as needed to maintain a well-stocked and organized space. Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who shares our values and brings a unique blend of skills and experience to the role. Here’s what we’re looking for: Retail experience: At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment is essential. Leadership skills: Experience in personnel management is a plus, as you’ll help guide and support our team. Physical capability: Ability to lift and move large packages as part of daily operations. Bilingual skills: Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, helping us connect with a diverse community of families.
