Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.19 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and emergency response actions when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual conditions and helping to deter unwanted activity. Monitor entrances, exits, and/or designated checkpoints to help support authorized access and document deliveries, visitor activity, and other security-related concerns. Assist with monitoring facility rules and cleanliness-related traffic patterns in a food and beverage location, while communicating professionally with site contacts regarding observed issues and/or needed follow-up. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
