As a Security Guard Patrol Driver Customer Service in Lockbourne, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic manufacturing, industrial, and technology-focused location. In this driving post, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activity while delivering strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a manufacturing, logistics, and technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns according to site protocols.
• Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing required reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or visitor interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
