Join us in helping Gainwell serve Medicaid members and providers by creating and delivering industry leading learning initiatives. Your role in our mission

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to new and existing call center agents and general training for other departments such as field services teams. Facilitate virtual training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Adapt training delivery to various learning styles and needs. Design visually engaging and interactive training material and presentations for learners that meets modern adult learning principles and varied learning needs. Collaborate with LKI training team, SMEs, and account lenders to ensure training materials are effective and user-friendly. Provide post-training support and resources to learners and call center leadership. Assess training outcomes through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics. What we're looking for

3 - 5 years of experience as a trainer or facilitator. Passion for training and desire to facilitate in a virtual classroom environment. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques. Some experience with curriculum development, presentation, and instructional design. What you should expect in this role
