Community Child Health Training Specialist

Nationwide-Children is seeking a full-time Training & Development Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio. You will design and implement training programs, schedule sessions, maintain records, and report on activity to improve employee performance. You will collaborate with department managers to identify training needs, develop materials and manuals, and support onboarding.
