Key Responsibilities Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients with a range of physical, emotional, and cognitive impairments. Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and needs. Design and implement occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' activities of daily living, cognitive function, and overall well‑being. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records. Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to promote healthy habits and long‑term independence. Requirements Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
