Learn more at immediately needs a full-time Applications Engineer to work on-site in our Hartland, WI, Canonsburg, PA or Houston, TX office. The hours of this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.Job Summary:This Applications Engineer will support the growth of our QUA Technologies portfolio. This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer with hands‑on experience designing membrane‑based systems (UF, RO, EDI) and deep knowledge of water chemistry.Job Description:Design membrane treatment systems (UF, RO, EDI/FEDI) including process calculations and performance modelingDevelop PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, and proposal‑level design packagesAnalyze water chemistry to optimize performance and mitigate fouling/scalingSupport sales teams with technical proposals and customer discussionsCollaborate with Engineering, R&D, Product Management, and OperationsAssist with piloting, product validation, and technical training as neededSkill Requirements:Technical problem‑solving mindsetOwnership, accountability, and strong communication skillsAbility to work in a global team environmentBenefits:Aquatech offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, company-paid holidays, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility)Essential Functions:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
