STAFF DFW is a leading staffing agency specializing in skilled trades. From electricians to welders, HVAC technicians to machinists, Maintenance technicians, Engineers we take pride in matching hardworking professionals with reputable employers across the DFW and surrounding cities
What You’ll Do:
- Source, screen, and place skilled trades professionals in high-demand roles
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified tradespeople
- Stay current with industry trends and labor market conditions
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience recruiting in the skilled trades and Light industrial sector
- Proven track record of high-volume placements
- Strong understanding of trade certifications, licenses, and compliance
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards
