Car Salesperson

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Salesperson to join our team in Jarratt, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required for candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles. Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives. Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and available promotions. Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and text messages. Maintain knowledge of current inventory and product offerings. Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed. Sales experience preferred but not required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. Monthly bonus potential.
