Job Summary We are looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Car Sales Associates. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants unlimited earning potential through monthly bonuses and incentives. No two days are the same in this exciting sales role. You’ll help customers find the right vehicle, build strong relationships, and provide a positive buying experience from start to finish. Responsibilities: Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process Build relationships with new and returning customers Answer questions about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives Follow up with leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions Meet individual and team sales goalsProvide excellent customer service before and after the sale Complete required paperwork and sales documentation accurately Qualifications: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and people skills Motivated, confident, and goal-oriented personality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude and appearance Basic computer and phone skills Reliable transportation and attendance required Why Join Us?
