Sr. Director, BM&S Operations Integration Lead

Senior Director role leading Brand Marketing & Standards operations integration at Pfizer's Chief Marketing Office. Responsible for designing and scaling integrated operations strategy across people, process, and technology, managing approximately 11 team members, and serving as strategic advisor to VP-level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute integrated operations strategy connecting organizational capabilities, ways of working, governance, systems, and AI-enabled workflows
• Embed marketing, creative, and operational standards into BM&S systems while leading change management and adoption efforts
• Establish shared operating models, governance structures, and decision-making frameworks connecting GTM and Digital Experience teams
• Own delivery operations infrastructure including resource allocation, workflow management, delivery governance, and team operating rhythms
• Build and mentor team of approximately 11 colleagues including performance calibration and career development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years or MBA/MS with 10+ years in marketing, operations, or strategy
• 5+ years managing marketing teams including senior-level leaders at Director level or above
• Demonstrated experience designing and scaling operating models integrating people, process, and technology
• Experience developing technology-enabled or AI-driven workflows and tools that improve organizational effectiveness
• Proven track record building performance measurement or analytics frameworks to drive resource decisions
• Experience managing large budgets including planning, tracking, and reallocation
• Life sciences or pharmaceutical experience and familiarity with US promotional review processes preferred

Compensation: $214,900–$358,100 base salary, plus 22.5% bonus target and long-term share-based incentives
