What You’ll DoAs a Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening, closing, and following all necessary procedures.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Assisting with event coordination and ensuring activities run seamlessly.
- Managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Performing cleaning duties to keep the playhouse safe and inviting for all.
- Taking on additional duties as reasonably assigned by the employer.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and fun environment for guests.
