Financial Analyst/ Project Manager: II (Intermediate)

Job Description Seeking a self‑motivated individual to work with IT and Finance during a fiscal year planning period. This role will be focused on improving Vendor and Contract information and our annual planning processes. Primary Responsibilities Assist in identifying and updating key information in data sources related to vendor and contract management, looking for opportunities to improve and/or automate for greater efficiencies. Work with IT managers to ensure that vendor and contract data is streamlined and accurate in forecasting system (Apptio IT Planning) for fiscal year planning deadlines. Support stakeholders (Technology Business Management Office, Project Portfolio team, IT Finance, etc) in completing fiscal planning activities and deliverables. Required Skills Strong understanding and experience with accounting practices, forecasting, financial close processes, expense types, project planning, and vendor data. Knowledge of maintaining vendor and contract records for forecasting and planning. Excellent communication skills, proficient in Google Sheets/Excel. Apptio IT Planning experience a huge plus. This role involves close collaboration with IT and Finance professionals at all levels within the organization.
