Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsible for supporting business objectives by proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for a variety of positions. Identify qualified candidates using multiple sourcing channels and recruiting techniques while building diverse talent pipelines. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates while delivering quality hires in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three or more years of recruiting experience preferred.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including sourcing and selection of diverse candidate pools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience building recruitment pipelines through various sourcing strategies.
• Ability to analyze recruiting data, trends, and metrics.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
